Meghan Keites, CRNP, is an accomplished Nurse Practitioner with over five years of advanced practice experience and a lifelong dedication to service. Originally from Portland, Maine, Meghan began her healthcare journey at 18 when she joined the Army as a combat medic. Her military service inspired a deep commitment to caring for fellow veterans, a focus that continues to shape her clinical practice today.

Meghan’s career path reflects her passion for continuous learning and patient care. After her time as a combat medic, she advanced through the nursing ranks—first as an LPN, then earning her ADN and BSN, and ultimately completing her MSN as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC). She brings two decades of emergency room experience to her practice, providing expert, compassionate care in high-pressure environments.

In addition to her ER background, Meghan specializes in hormone replacement therapy and medical aesthetics, offering a holistic approach to wellness for her patients. Now based in Huntsville, Alabama, she is proud to serve her community, with a special emphasis on the unique needs of veterans.

Outside of work, Meghan enjoys life with her husband and two sons, all lifelong hockey players, sharing a love for the sport and the camaraderie it brings. Her diverse experiences, both in and out of uniform, fuel her commitment to delivering exceptional, personalized care to every patient she serves.
