Dr. Zaid Fadul is a distinguished physician whose career bridges frontline medicine, innovation, and leadership across multiple disciplines — Family Medicine, Addiction Medicine, Aerospace Medicine, and Occupational Health. At Shield of Odin, he brings a mission-driven focus to advancing care for veterans and high-performance professionals through evidence-based, precision medical evaluation and documentation.
As Chief Medical Officer for Better U, Dr. Fadul designs and oversees cutting-edge clinical protocols for alternative therapies addressing PTSD, anxiety, and depression — conditions deeply relevant to the veteran community. He also serves as CEO of Bespoke Concierge MD, integrating Primary Care and Functional Medicine to deliver comprehensive, individualized healthcare solutions that reflect his commitment to both innovation and compassion.
In his military capacity, Dr. Fadul serves as a Flight Surgeon with the U.S. Air Force Reserve, assigned to the elite 304th Rescue Squadron. He performs specialized flight clearances and operational medical assessments for special operations personnel, ensuring peak performance and readiness. His work in Aerospace and Operational Medicine informs Shield of Odin’s dedication to precision, compliance, and mission-critical medical documentation.
Dr. Fadul previously served as Inpatient Medical Director at Cancer Treatment Centers of America (Phoenix) and as Chief Medical Officer at DocDay Health, where he led the design of nationwide virtual primary care and oncology protocols. His leadership extends across hospice, addiction recovery, and hospitalist medicine, reinforcing a career grounded in integrity, adaptability, and patient-centered outcomes. Internationally, he has participated in medical missions in Guatemala, Honduras, Peru, Tanzania, and Indonesia, enriching his global medical perspective.
A Harvard-trained healthcare leader and Ross University School of Medicine alumnus, Dr. Fadul is board-certified in Family Practice and Addiction Medicine. He is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (FAAFP) and the American Society of Addiction Medicine, and he serves on the Executive Board of the Maricopa County Medical Society, contributing to legislative and community health initiatives.
