Refund Policy

We strive to provide excellent service and value to our members. However, due to the nature of personalized services and digital health/vocational consulting:

 

Refunds Are Granted Under the Following Conditions:

- A full refund may be requested within 3 business days of initial payment if no services have been rendered.

- Partial refunds may be considered if only a portion of a bundled service or membership has been completed, at our discretion.

 

Non-Refundable Services:

- Any service where a report (e.g., vocational evaluation, DBQ, Nexus letter, or meal/training plan) has been delivered is non-refundable.

- Missed appointments without 24-hour notice are not eligible for a refund.

 

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, contact our support team at support@shieldofodin.com with your name, service type, and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon approval.
