Ryan brings extensive frontline medical experience as a former nurse aboard international emergency flights, where he developed expertise in high-stakes medical care and patient advocacy. As founder and CEO of Odin Industries LLC, he has built a boutique consultancy specializing in international workers' compensation case management and evacuation services. Ryan also contributed to the growth of Air Solution LLC, a medical billing company focused on air medical transport. His leadership emphasizes innovative, patient-centered solutions and streamlining healthcare processes, with a proven track record in global medical case management and emergency medical services.

Dean Johnston, Co-Owner

Dean contributes 22 years of active-duty service and is currently retiring from the Coast Guard. His extensive military career has given him deep understanding of the complexity of military deployments, transfers, and the real impact these have on service members and their families. Dean brings authentic military perspective and first-hand knowledge of the challenges veterans face when transitioning from active duty to civilian life, making him uniquely qualified to help design healthcare solutions that truly serve the veteran community.

His partner, Dean Johnston, contributes 22 years of active-duty Coast Guard service, providing authentic insight into the complexities of military life and the challenges veterans face during the transition to civilian healthcare.
