Ryan Hawley is the Founder and CEO of Shield of Odin, a veteran-focused healthcare initiative born from the acquisition and rebranding of A Doc on Wheels. With over 20 years of experience in global healthcare operations, Ryan brings a rare blend of executive leadership and frontline clinical expertise to the organization.

As a Registered Nurse with a background in Emergency Medicine and Air Ambulance services, Ryan has led large-scale medical transport and case management operations across more than 140 countries. He was instrumental in managing the largest civilian pandemic response team in North America and is certified at the instructor level in Advanced Hazmat Life Support.

Ryan's deep knowledge of the travel risk, insurance, and medical assistance industries has enabled him to scale multiple ventures into multimillion-dollar enterprises. His leadership is defined by operational precision, mission-driven service delivery, and a passion for addressing the unique healthcare needs of veterans. Under his guidance, Shield of Odin offers concierge medicine, Nexus Letters, DBQ exams, vocational rehabilitation, and holistic wellness services tailored for those who have served.

Ryan holds a Nursing Degree from Trent University in Ontario and remains an active contributor to national healthcare and veteran advocacy efforts, including his role on the National Small Business Association’s Leadership Council for Economic Development.
